Mica sheets are plate-like materials manufactured from Muscovite paper or Phlogopite paper mica, bonded with suitable adhesives such as silicone or epoxy, and then pressed and baked to achieve durability. These sheets offer excellent mechanical strength and high heat resistance, making them suitable for continuous use at temperatures ranging from 400°C to 700°C.
